Hotel Ibis LLN is located outside the campus of the university.  It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of the campus.  For those arriving by train: the hotel can be reached by taxi from Ottignies railway station (approximate cost 15€).  For those arriving by car: the hotel can be reached from the E411 motorway Brussels - Luxembourg by taking exit n° 8a “Louvain-la-Neuve” and following the arrows.

Important: Rue de l'Hocaille 1 is in the pedestrian zone.

Recommended public underground parking: Parking Grand Place accessible via the address: "anneau central Nord", follow the signs parking Grand Place. Enter on the left and exit on foot via exit "Musée 2".

Hotel parking: €22 per day - accessible via the address "Central Ring North", follow the yellow Martin's Agora signs. The entrance to the car park is on the left. The parking is equiped with charging stations.

Other low-cost hostels are also available in the surroundings, at walking distance from the conference venue.
